Our HSE Policy and objectives apply to all of our employees. The Company's policy is that we take top priority account of the health and safety of all persons, and carry out our business in a manner that assures best protection of the environment. We operate our vessels in compliance with national and international laws and regulations. Environmental protection is a direct and personal responsibility for the individual who work for Pillos regardless of position or rank and our HSE objectives have equal status with our other primary business objectives. We consider all health, safety and environmental incidents to be preventable and we also encourage active involvement from our subcontractors.

Within the framework of this policy we will strive to:

* Prevent all incidents and/or conditions that may cause loss of life or personal injury
* Ensure safe working practice
* Create a healthy and safe working place for our employees
* Prevent all work-related diseases and promote health of our employees
* Prevent all incidents that may cause damage to the environment

To meet these objectives the Management shall use the following tools.

 Encourage the Company's employees to report near-accident, non-conformity and make sure that they know about their full integrity in such matters.
 Investigate and follow up the non-conformities and near accident reports in the best way to prevent similar incidents.
 Assess and make safeguards against all identified risks in the vessels operations by actively use of procedures and checklists especially adapted for this kind of vessels.
